In 2017 we assisted in the development of the startup: The Bygartneriet in the southern Norwegian town of Arendal. This startup are using a small-scale and manually operated version of the GravityFlow system as their main system, but also as the main scenographic backdrop in their city-centre salad and vegetable market.

 

They describe a situation where the salads and herbs they are making in the GravityFlow system are so highly in regard from the local restaurants that they never make it to the market counter, but are picked by the local chefs directly from the system.
